Dion Team to return to White Mountain Speedway this weekend!

The White Mountain Speedway "Pass" race earlier this year was one of the bright spots for the Dion Brothers Race Team. With the only top three finish so far this year with "Pass", the team is looking forward to another chance to "close the deal" as they say nowadays. The funny thing about racing is that past performance is any guarantee that you can equal or better it in the future. Even with that said, it's still a comfort to know Paul's little black chassis book has all that information acquired from our last race. As a driver I always go back with more confidence but I think a chassis person is more realistic and knows conditions change and the clock gets set back to zero.
The "Pass" championship will be decided Sunday and we plan on being respectful of all the contenders involved. I guess if we had never contended for and won championships we couldn't relate to what's on the line for those teams but we know very well.
I'm not sure if we plan on practicing on Saturday but if not we will see everyone early Sunday morning. I guess we will be racing in football weather which shouldn't be a big deal for die-hard racers like all of us. I hope some of the Berlin City employees and customers decide to take in the races while we are in their area. Let's hope for nice weather, great racing, and large fan turnout.
